View Tribute Book Ryan Henry Kikta, age 40, of Verona, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 15, 2024, at SUNY Upstate Medical Center.Ryan was born in Oneida on February 3, 1983 to Robert Atley and Michelle Kikta-Kiner. He received received his Master's degree from SUY Oswego. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom and was honorably discharged in 2004. He was currently employed by Oriskany Manufacturing where he was a project manager. Ryan was a member of the Verona VFW and Vernon American Legion. He loved riding his motorcycles and enjoyed all aspects of horse racing. He travelled to Spain several times and fell in love with the country.Ryan is survived by his children, Rowan and Cole Kikta; mother, Michelle; aunts and uncles, Tina (Fred) Conover, Tammy Kikta, Randy (Jenny) Kikta, and Trudy (Ken) Dinnhaupt, Sharon (Roy) Grisenthwaite, Nadine (Dan) Sassone, Brad Atley; and several cousins.
