Ryan David MacBeth, passed away on August 29, 2025, in Battle Creek, Michigan at the age of 35. Born on June 28, 1990, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, he was the son of David and Star MacBeth.
Ryan was a man of integrity and commitment, as evidenced by his over ten years of service as a corrections officer. Ryan's dedication to his community extended beyond his professional life, as he volunteered his time as a Barry Township Reserve Officer, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
In his personal life, Ryan was known for his infectious enthusiasm for classic cars, especially his prized '69 Firebird, which he meticulously restored and maintained. His love for sports was equally fervent, whether he was cheering on the University of Michigan Football team, playing a game of football with friends, or swinging a bat on the baseball field.
Ryan is survived by his father, David MacBeth, his brothers, Jamie (Keri) Bethel, Scott Bethel of Glasgow, KY, Steven (Beckie) Bethel of Windsor, VT, and Corey MacBeth of Asheville, NC. His spirit will continue to live on through his adored nieces and nephews: Alex, Cris, Jacie, Shawn, Lin, Kaitlynn, Erik, Tylor, Jacob, Audrey, and Ava. His mother, Star MacBeth, preceded him in death.
Ryan's passion for life also extended to the great outdoors, where he found peace and tranquility in hunting. Those who knew Ryan understood that his heart was as vast as the landscapes he explored.
A memorial service for Ryan will be conducted on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 11:00 AM at the Williams-Gores Funeral Home, Delton. Please visit www.williamsgoresfuneral.com to share a memory or leave a condolence message for Ryan's family.
