Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 16th, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel. Burial: Rockfish Memorial Park.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. Jeffery and Tanya V Harley, and Mr. Otha Kelly; brothers, Antonio and Deontea McNeil; sister, Porsha McNeil and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, October 16th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
