Dear Toddie, Cathy and Ed,
Your mother, Miss Sally, was one of the smartest, sweetest women I ever knew. She sat with mother in the Florence hospital when we couldn't be there. She was always unselfish and doing kind deeds for others. I spent many nights in your home and enjoyed her hospitality and good meals in Loris and Florence. I have many fond memories of her , Mr. Bethea, and your family. Love , Susan Hardwick Fitch

Sally Bethea demonstrated the kindness & inner strength she learned from her relationship with Jesus Christ. During the visits we had in the nursing home she made a point to share her visitors with other residents and to involve them in our conversations. She & her husband Allison shared their faith in Christ with me. I will be eternally grateful for that. Her good deeds live on in the lives she touched.

Cathy & Family,

I knew Sally for years @ St. Paul UMC & the Methodist Manor, where I still reside. We were both in the Jimmy McNair Sunday school class. We talked with each other often. My wife, Jessene (passed away 2001), and myself thought highly of her. She will be missed...God bless you & your family.
