Sally L. (Silcose) Confer, 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 20, 2026 at East Deer Personal Care Home, Creighton. She was born May 8, 1939, in Tarentum to the late Daniel and Clarinda (Barnhart) Silcose. Sally enjoyed quilting and crocheting. She is survived by her children, Terry (Mark) McKrisky, Rozella Tambellini, Lori (Joseph) Ross and Charles (Jacqui) Confer Jr., grandchildren, Mark McKrisky, Alexis McKrisky, Dante (Michele) Tambellini, Dominique (Zachary) Singer, Michael (Katie) Tambellini, Drew (Nick) Graybigle and Charlie Confer, great grandchildren, Cayden, Savannah, Charlette, Stella, Harper and Hazel and by her sister, Barbara (James) Watt. In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Charles S. Confer Sr. on July 16, 1996, brothers, Daniel and David Silcose and sisters, Mary Work, Carol Morrow and Judith Markmann.
Services and burial for Sally were private.
