My dad always looked forward to visiting Sal at Pellegrinos and also I remember him visiting Sal and his brother (??), at a restaurant/diner that i can't remember in downtown Albany. He and my mom always spoke very highly of Sal and his family. Rest in peace, Mr. Anastasio.

Just want to share a fond memory of Sal. My Grandma Bennett lived across the street from Marello´s... When I would visit Grandma, she would give me money to go get the Best Rice Pudding. Sal would always greet me with a smile. He would fill a to go cup of Rice Pudding making sure it was always topped with the cinnamon.
