He was married to his beloved wife, Gaetana Ferraro for 42 years.He was most known in the community as an owner of the restaurant 'Italy Italy' where he served authentic Italian dishes from Italy for 34 years. His charismatic personality was always a bright light whenever he walked into the room.He is survived by his wife, Geatana; daughters Jessica Cataldo and Claudia Cataldo.Visitation will be at Ascension Catholic Church at 10 a.m. and a catholic mass will be held at 11 a.m. on October 21, 2025. Ascension Catholic Church is located at 2950 N Harbor City Blvd Melbourne, Florida. Salvatore will be interned in his family mausoleum in Carini, Palermo Italy.
