Riley was born in Socorro, New Mexico on May 9, 1988 to Sam and Crystal. Riley was an avid sportsman, the Denver Nuggets and the Philadelphia Eagles. So much so that he would set up his hunting blinds only in areas that had cell service. He loved the outdoors and everything involved with that. He worked hard at every job that was set before him; we all know how much of a perfectionist he could be. He loved being the perfect uncle to Harper. She called him the "Funkle" (the fun uncle). Riley was in the Navy for 9 years, learning electronics, a field he continued outside the service, working globally on many systems, Riley put a lot into his life and all who knew him; every word and facial expression was well placed and thought out! Survivors include father Sam Leybal, mom Crystal and husband John Sirman, sister Codi Lynn; brother Tyler and neice Harper and a large extended family.
