Sam Jack Sardisco passed away February 27, 2025 in the comfort of home, with his loving wife and sweet kitty by his side. He was born December 9, 1936 in San Pedro, California, to parents Edith Goren and Sam Salvador Sardisco. He was a proud graduate of San Pedro High School, and California State University Los Angeles, going on to become a manager at Sears. He then earned his masters degree from University of Southern California, in order to serve LAUSD as a dedicated teacher for 37 years. He worked at the port as a longshoreman while in high school, and later as a checker with Local 63. He also earned his real estate license, working for Sun Reality of Rancho Palos Verdes. Sam was truly an industrious individual, with a dynamic personality, and zest for life. His passions were traveling the world, collecting model trains and luxury cars. He also had a great love of animals.
Sam is survived by his loving wife Ellene (Drawdy Sardisco) of Huntington Beach, sister-in-law, Suzanne Brothers (Edward) of Rancho Palos Verdes, and many dear cousins and friends.
