Samantha Chandler Obituary
Evansville - Samantha Leigh Chandler, 38, of Evansville, passed away Monday, June 7, 2021 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. She was born February 12, 1983, in Jonesboro, Georgia, to Andy and Kris (Kostelny) Chandler.
Samantha graduated from Castle High School in 2001. She was a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana where she studied Marketing and Graphic Design. Samantha enjoyed painting.
Samantha is survived by Andy and Kris Chandler; brother, Jason (Misti) Chandler; grandmother, Anabel Kostelny; nephew, Lucas Chandler; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Samantha is preceded in death by her grandfather, Donald Kostelny and grandmother, Maryann Chandler.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Avenue, Evansville.

I am so sorry to hear about sam. I live in ky and always shopped at catos. I just ask about her yesterday and found out she had passed. We talked and talked every time i visited catos. She was a beautiful,sweet,friendly young lady, who i was blessed to call my friend. I will be keeping your family in my prayers. JESUS BLESS.

I will never forget Sam. She was my boss at Cato while I worked there during college, but she was also a friend and someone I could count on. Sam always made everyone around her laugh and smile and she would do anything for the people she loved. Sam was one of the most genuine people I have ever met and I am honored to know her for the short time that I did. I am going to miss her and her beautiful aura so much.

Sam was truly one of a kind and I'm so glad our paths were able to cross in this life. Good people are hard to come by and I'm thankful I had the pleasure of knowing her. I'm forever grateful for the memories that I have with her and she will be missed for sure.
