Sammy Beasley Obituary
Funeral services for Mr. Beasely will be held on Friday, Nov. 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Beasley was born in Dale County, AL on December 13, 1945 to James and Maude Cherry Beasley. He served his country in the US Army and was a retired construction worker. Mr. Beasley enjoyed fishing and loved his family and spending time with them. He was a very loving man, willing to help anyone.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Lonnie Beasley and his wife Ann of Dothan, AL and Steven Edwards and his wife Hannah of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Seth Edwards, Hailey Edwards, and Ashley Edwards; as well as his sister, Sue Zellars and her husband Bob of Dothan, AL and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Beasley was preceded in death by his parents, James and Maude Cherry Beasley; his very special friend and companion of over 20 years, Catherine Kennedy; and his brothers, Paul Beasley and Frank Beasley.
