He formerly worked at Sam's Club in Marion and enjoyed spending time with his friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Samuel is survived by his brother James Couch and spouse Elizabeth of Marietta, GA.
He will be cremated and placed with his family in Georgia. Memorial arrangements were entrusted to McCluskie-Miller Funeral Home 501 S. 12th Street Herrin, IL 62948, (618) 942-2020. Memorials may be made to The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society and may be mailed to the funeral home.
