Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the memorial service for Mr. Samuel “Sammy” Cecil Hannah, age 63, who passed away on Friday, September 20,2024 at his residence. He lived in Savannah most of his life but lived in Baxley for the last several years. Mr. Hannah was a painter and contractor, who loved fishing, hunting, and woodworking. Mr. Hannah was also known as “Hardheaded Hannah”.
He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Hannah; his stepdad, Bernard Hann; and one sister, Sheila Bunch.
Surviving is his three children, Samuel Hannah, Christopher Hannah (Amanda), and Angela Hannah; four grandchildren, Christopher Hannah, Braelynn Lewis, Danielle Hannah, and Cheyenne Hannah; his mother Laura Bell Hann; seven siblings, Bernie Hann, Ernie Hann, Ray Hann, Dustin Hannah, Amy Leggitt, Cindy Thompson and Janice Hannah; the mother of his three children, Joy Hannah; and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. from Vidalia Church of God with Reverend Josh May officiating.
