Samuel Holybee Obituary
David was born in Fort Worth to David and Margaret Holybee. David served in the Army National Guard, 1965 - 1971, with an honorable discharge. He worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 30 plus years, where he retired.
David was preceded in death by his father, Samuel David Holybee; mother, Margaret Elizabeth Wisnoski; brother, Ronny Holybee; uncle, Richard Holybee; and grandson, Chad Horn.
Survivors: Daughter, Lisa Carter and husband, Jay; son, Samuel David Holybee, IV; daughter, Ashley Holybee and fiancé, Steven Warden; brother, Richard Holybee, Sr., and wife, Kathy; sister, Cheryl Roberts and husband, Billy; grandson, Cole Horn; granddaughter, Bailey Gustin and husband, Blake; granddaughter, Brooklyn Holybee, Zoey Bersuch, Charlee Bersuch; and grandson, Austin Warden; great-granddaughter, Westlyn Lenczycki and great-grandson, Stetson Gustin; and nieces and nephews.
We will miss you so much. Our love for you will never end. Till we meet again, Dad, grandpa, aka Railroad Dave.
Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, in Greenwood Chapel, with a visitation one hour prior. Graveside: Greenwood Memorial Park.
