Memorial service will be conducted Monday, March 3, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel with Reverend Mark Hardin officiating.
Sambo was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley Albert Hooks and Mamie Parham Hooks; Wife, Willa Dene Oglesby Hooks; Brothers, W.A. Hooks, Jerry Hooks, Ronald Hooks, Tommy Hooks; Sisters, Edith Willis, Yvonne Chester.
Survivors Include:
Son: Greg Hooks of Statesboro
Daughters: Donna Hooks of Twin City, Tracy Trull (Billy) of Twin City
Grandchildren; Taylor Trull, Austin Trull
Several nieces, nephews and many friends.
