Samuel was born July 7, 1992, to Patricia and Peter Ratliff the First, in Clay
Center, KS.
Samuel grew up in the Clifton, Clyde area, graduating from
Clifton-Clyde High School in 2011.
Same worked for the Hale's Refuse and Dollar Tree in Concordia, KS,
before making his home in Manhattan, KS.
Samuel is survived by his son, Kaysen Dean Ratliff Jacobs (Jamestown,
KS); mother, Patricia Ratliff (Concordia, KS); father, Peter Ratliff the First
(Clifton, KS); sister, Lisa Ratliff (Concordia, KS); brother, Peter Ratliff
(Clifton, KS); alongside 7 nieces and nephews.
Samuel is preceded in death by his twin brothers, Matthew Aaron and
Michael Joseph Ratliff; grandparents, Carl and Opal Watson and Raymond
Ratliff.
A celebration of life for friends and family to give Samuel a last, everlasting
"rest in peace" birthday will be announced at a later date.
Family suggests memorials to be made to the Friends of O'Connor Animal
Shelter in care of Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home, 1616 Poyntz
Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas 66502.

Sorry for your loss. I had the privilege of getting to know Sam. He touched many people's minds/lives before his passing. He will not be forgotten.
