Throughout his career, Samuel worked for State Farm Insurance Company and Circuit City. He also served in the Army.
In honor of Samuel's memory, donations can be made to the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Altoona, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hollidaysburg, or St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Hollidaysburg.
