Samuel "Sammy" Joseph Oest, 8 months old of Browning, Illinois, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025. The son of Jaden Tribble and Gauge Oest, Sammy was born March 13, 2025.

Surviving is his sister, Ronan Oest of Browning; grandparents, Brandy "Mawmaw" Drane and John "Pop Pop" Drane of Browning; grandparents, Daniel Tribble and Krista Tribble of Manitou Springs, Co.; great-grandparents, Pat Dowdy and Rick Dowdy of Ashland; great- "Grammy", Diana Jones of Marshfield, Mo.; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a large extended family that loves him so much.

Sammy was all heart. His favorite things in the world were playing with his big sister and kitchen dance parties. He loved people, especially his family.

Cremation rights have been accorded, and Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 3, 2026, at The Virginia in Scripps Park in Rushville, IL. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com. Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield is handling the arrangements.
