Samuel Rupp Obituary
Samuel E. Rupp, 74, of Carlisle, passed away on September 11th, 2025.
Samuel was born in Carlisle, on September 9th, 1951, to the late Lloyd Rupp and Virginia (Johnson) Rupp.
Samuel is survived by his daughters, Payton Strickland (Jeff) and Jessica Evans, his former wife of 40 years and mother of his daughters, Joan Rupp, his grandchildren, SaMya Rupp, Audra Strickland, Keegan Strickland, Aviaun Evans, and Alexus Evans, his great grandchildren, Lailani Strawbridge, KaCyn Fugh, Xailiah Fugh, Analeyah Evans, his sisters, Judy Minnich and Patricia Gsell, his brother, James Rupp, many nieces and nephews, and his uncles who were dear to his heart.
Samuel is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Virginia, his nephew, Carl Gsell, his uncles, Ronald, Lester, Robert, and Laverne, and his aunt, Loretta.
Samuel was born and raised in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, hunting, poker, horse racing, and watching NFL. He worked for many years at Houck Roofing Services. He was known for being a hardworking man. He will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
