Samuel “Sam” Van Hogge, 66, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 20, 2025. He was born on February 19, 1959, in Indianapolis to George M. Hogge and Patricia A. Shaw.
Sam is survived by his daughter, Shannon Runyan and her husband Jesse, and his son, Sam Hogge. He was a devoted grandfather to Landyn Hogge, Carsyn Hogge, and Ravyn Hogge. He is also remembered by many close friends, including those he met in assisted living communities and friends of his daughter whom he welcomed as family.
