Samuel John Werth, age 15 of Wautoma left this world way too soon on Sunday, March 21, 2021. He was born in Green Bay on May 25, 2005 to Joshua Werth and Sarah Bell. He was a sophomore at Wautoma High School. Samuel loved to play basketball, work out and play video games. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing with his Dad. Sam loved to dance and make people laugh. He had a contagious smile that would light up the room when he walked in. Sam was a very caring and compassionate young man that will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Sam is survived by his parents: Joshua and Kelly Werth; siblings: Melanie (Nirvana), Joshua (Teresa), Bethany, Lilyanna, Jordan Sadlon, Kevin Cruz; paternal grandparents: John and Joan Ebben; maternal grandparents: Richard and Ann Kurtz; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother: Sarah Bell.
Private family services will be held at Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma. Public memorial visitation and services will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Crossroads Foursquare Church, 1209 London Street, Menasha, starting at 5PM
In lieu of flowers, the family will establish a memorial fund in Sam’s name.
