Samuel Wilcox Obituary
Sam was born on September 21, 1956, in Marlette, Michigan to Forrest and Nancy Wilcox of Brown City. Sam married Mary Kay Condon on September 1, 1998. He drove truck for years. In his later years, Sam worked for Morocco's. Sam enjoyed playing horseshoes with his friends and loved to hunt and fish. One of his favorite things to do was riding around looking for morel mushrooms.
Sam is survived by his children, Amy (Robert) Martiinez, Thomas Allen, Cindy (Al) Allen and Anthony (Kristina) Blackmer; grandchildren, Wyatt, Mason, Cooper, and Cody; great grandchild, Nova; five siblings, Diane (Ray) Kohler, Edith Woodruff, Janet Finley, Marilyn (Jeff) Yera, Ken (Robin) Wilcox and extended family; the Morocco's; and many nieces and nephews.
Sam was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kay Wilcox; and his parents, Forrest and Nancy Wilcox.
The family will receive visitors from 10-11 am on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at North Goodland Baptist Church, 3080 N. Van Dyke Road, Imlay City, Michigan.
A memorial service will take place at 11 am on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at North Goodland Baptist Church with Pastor John Chippewa officiating. A luncheon will follow.
