Sandra Archambault Obituary

Published by Legacy on Mar. 29, 2026.
Sandra Ann Archambault, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away on March 28th, 2026 at the age of 81, in her home, peacefully in her sleep. Sandra was born on November 17, 1944 to Ann and William Nabor and grew up in Dearborn, Michigan.

Sandra attended the University of Michigan, where she pursued her interest in art education. It was there that she met Ronald Archambault, whom she later married in 1967.

Sandra and Ronald began their life together in Detroit, where they had two children, Jeff and Deborah. They later moved to Huntington Woods, Michigan, where they raised their family.

Sandra was a force. When she believed in something or someone, nothing could stand in her way. She put this energy and passion of hers into her family; her husband, children, grandchildren were always her priority. She was dependable, protective, and fiercely loyal. She didn't only show up for the big moments, but all of the small ones too. And when you add a lifetime of those small moments, they end up being the moments that matter the most.

The fierce loyalty that Sandra possessed for her family also translated to her animals. Whether they were hers or not, she always made sure that they were well taken care of. This included Christmas gifts for all of the pets in the family, and steak dinner treats. Many joked that her pets lived, and ate, better than most people.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Ronald Archambault; her children, Jeff (Suzanne) Archambault and Deborah Danaher; her grandchildren, Madeleine (Devon) Reichard, Conner Archambault, Camryn Archambault, and Lillian Danaher; and her great-granddaughter, Eloise Reichard.
