Sandra "Sandie" Bartko

Sandra "Sandie" Bartko (Wiseman), 67, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on January 27, 2026, in her home in Rockwood, Tennesee. Born on April 3, 1958, in McPherson, Kansas, the daughter of Milo and Winnie (Unruh) Wiseman.

Sandie was a lifelong learner, who enjoyed many hobbies and passions. She loved crafting and instilled that joy with her daughter and granddaughter at any chance she could get. While living in Dhahran, her love for quilting became a large part of her life where she was a respected leader in the Dhahran Quilt Guild. It was there that she made many lasting friendships. No matter where she was calling home at the time, she enjoyed being a participant in the local women's group.

She is survived by her husband and best friend of 44 years, Kirk Bartko, her daughter and son–in-law Stephanie (Sean) Kelly, and granddaughter Madeleine. She also leaves behind sisters, Jaqueline Conwell and Laura Wiseman-Reeves, brother Tommy Wiseman and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Brian.

Sandie's memory will live on through her family, whose lives have been enriched by her dedication, love, and support. Kyker Funeral Home of Kingston is serving the Bartko Family.
