Sandra Jean Bogner, age 79, passed away Friday, December 6, 2024. She was born in Muskegon, MI, on July 17, 1945, to Anthony and Edith (Dunham) Wisniewski and graduated from Muskegon Heights High School. On October 18, 1962, she married Gary Frank Bogner, and they later divorced in 1983.
Sandra began her career at JC Penney in Muskegon and was later promoted to manage the women's coat and dress department at the Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids, where she worked for nearly 17 years. She consistently earned her 4-star sales pin for selling over $100,000 annually. After health issues prompted her return to Muskegon, Sandra began a new career selling mobile homes with her son, Chris, at Timberline Estates and Park Meadows. She was an exceptional salesperson, known for listening to her customers and helping them find exactly what they needed, whether it was a dress or a home.
Sandra co-owned and operated the Seek and Find Christian Bookstore in Grand Haven and was a former member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. She also participated in DeColores and lay ministry services at Mercy Hospital.
Sandra was a talented cook and baker whose Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners will be deeply missed. She loved working in her yard, spending time with family, and sharing her love and kindness with everyone she met.
