Sandra Jean Bruckner

Sandra Jean Bruckner was born July 30, 1942, in Detroit, Michigan to Steve and Olga Biegas. She died October 30, 2025, at the age of 83.
Sandy was born with a spirit of kindness and generosity, and she touched the lives of everyone around her. Throughout her life, she showed resilience and courage, facing challenges with perseverance.
Sandy was dedicated and hard working. She spent most of her career working in Payroll, including many years as a payroll manager, and ultimately as a Vice President at Manufacturers Hanover Mortgage.
Sandy was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Edward Bruckner, in 2022, daughter Pamela Jean Bruckner in 2009, and nephew Roger Dertinger in 2021.
As a beloved mother, grand- and great-grandmother, surviving is Sandy's son and daughter-in-law Paul Richard and Sandy Merandi Bruckner, daughter, Donna Bruckner, 8 grandchildren (Kristin, Mikayla, Kiana, Kenny, Kerry, Kyle, Matt and Emily) and 8 great-grandchildren. Sandy is also survived by her favorite sister, Shirley Dertinger of Walled Lake, Michigan and many nieces and nephews.
A luncheon will be held at a later date to celebrate her life and honor her memory. Family and friends will be invited to gather, share stories, and remember the profound impact she made.
Though Sandy is gone, her spirit remains with us, guiding and uplifting us each day. May she rest in peace, forever remembered and deeply missed.
