Sandra “Sandy” Clark, age 68 of Cub Run, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center in Leitchfield. She was a member at Cherry Springs Missionary Baptist Church and attended services at Rowletts Baptist Church. She was a retired housekeeper at the Medical Center at Caverna. She enjoyed working in her flower garden, painting, when the weather was pretty you could find her in her porch swing spending time with her family.
She is the daughter of the late Wilburn Cox and the late Anna Mae Aaron Cox.
She is preceded in death by her siblings, Mike Cox, Chyrelle Cox, Kathy Bradley, and Bill Cox.
She is survived by four children, Sandra Dillard (Kris), Cave City, KY, Amanda Lay (Jeff), Bowling Green, KY, Roger Clark (Sarah Frederick), Glasgow, KY, and Allen Clark (Keisha Holland), Cub Run, KY; 11 grandchildren, Jasmine Spears, Joey Lay, McKenzie Lay, Brienna Allen, Natashia Allen, Tyler Vincent, Payton Asher, Tymber Arms, Raylin Clark, Timothy Wise, and Trenton Clark; three great-grandchildren, Asher, Dixie, and Dayton Lay; five siblings, Anna Butler (Brian), Teresa Shook (Steven), Bobby Cox, Bradley Cox, and Corbin Cox; many nieces, nephews, and other extended family also survive.
The family will welcome friends from 3:00- 8:00 PM CT on Monday, December 29, 2025 and again from 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM CT on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM CT on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Coulter officiating. Burial will follow at Cherry Springs Cemetery in Cub Run.
