Sandra A. (Frenette) Cook, 81, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Crystal Lake Rehabilitation Center in Pascoag. She was the wife of William E. "Bill" Cook and they resided in Oakland for many years. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Thelma (Daggett) Frenette.

Sandy worked as a certified nursing assistant for over 40 years at the former Lakeview Health Center and Zambarano Hospital both of Burrillville. After retiring, she did private care for many families in Burrillville. She loved spending time with family and friends, and going to car shows with her husband.

Sandy was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved by all who knew her. In addition to her husband Bill, she is survived by her son, Thomas Cabral and his wife Michelle of Pascoag, Michael Cabral and his wife Tracey of Nasonville, her daughter Diana Reynolds of Harrisville, her daughter Lynn Norberg and her husband Tyler of North Smithfield, and her son Rick Cabral and his wife Lisa of Cranston. She adored her 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. "Those who touched our lives, will stay in our hearts forever.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 12 noon in Our Lady of Good Help Church, 1063 Victory Hwy, Mapleville. Visitation will be Wednesday prior to the Mass from 9:30 to 11:30AM in the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag. Burial will be private.
