I never thought that day would come, where I´d go over to her house, and her not be there. I don´t wish this type of grief on anybody, because it has been truly devastating and one of the hardest things I have ever went through. I still struggle to come to terms with the fact that she´s not here, but with this pain that we experience, we are at peace knowing she´s not suffering anymore. She was the most amazing woman to ever walk this earth. Her kindness and care for others, her courage, and bravery. She is my hero, and always will be. I spent a lot of time with her as a kid, I remember seeing her play her sudoku game in her chair and being confused as to how she played it, and when I´d come early in the morning when she was preparing her oatmeal she ate for breakfast. I miss her everyday. Especially the things we did together. Whether that be library trips, having lunch together, before/after basketball practice, studying, reading, or simply just playing outside. There is not one bad thing I could say about her because she was an angel, she is my angel. And no matter what, she had a smile on her face and always made good out of bad situations with her silly jokes. The time that I had with her will always be cherished. I am lucky just to be related to her. "May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten" -Julie Hébert.
