Sandra Louise Evans

Sandra Louise (Kelly) Evans, age 81 of Lincoln, CA and formerly of Auburn, WA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 19, 2025, at her home, following an extended illness. Sandy was born on November 23, 1944, in Lafayette, IN, the daughter of Harold and Marjorie Kelly. Sandy was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.

Sandy is survived by her husband of 31 years, Anker Evans; her two daughters, Debbie and Ron Woodsford of Citrus Heights, CA and Kelley and Rob Jordan of Eureka, CA; bonus daughter Tracey and Dan Bibiloni who reside in Europe; two grandchildren, Ronny and his wife Hannah Woodsford and Rebecka and her husband Patrick Smith; five great-grandchildren, Ace Keoni, Ava Nalani, Noah, Charlie and James; also survived by her two brothers and their wives, Bill and Karen Kelly and Mike and Angela Kelly; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Carmichael Presbyterian Church on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 11am. Reception to follow. Donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org) or Cristo Rey High School Sacramento Work Study Program (crhss.org/donate-now/make-a-donation).
