Sandra Faye Fulbright

Mrs. Sandra Faye Rickman Fulbright, age 78 of Toccoa passed away peacefully at The Clary Center Saturday, December 13, 2025.
A daughter of the late Charles and Agnes Westmoreland Rickman, she was born December 3, 1947, in Stephens County, Georgia where she had lived all her life. She was a graduate of Toccoa High School and Piedmont College. She was a life-long member of First Baptist Church Toccoa where she devoted 40+ years loving on the babies in the nursery. She was employed as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker Fort Realty and as an Appraiser for Beaver Appraisal Services. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Julie Fulbright of Toccoa and Brian and Nanci Fulbright of Eastanollee; six grandchildren, Sam (Brianna) Fulbright, Clayton (Stephanie) Fulbright, Sydney (John) Wilson, Cassady Fulbright and Lawson Fulbright; six great-grandchildren, Owen Fulbright, Lincoln Fulbright, Mika Fulbright, Hudson Fulbright, Marsha and Beau Fulbright; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Marilyn Rickman of Toccoa and Doug and Sue Rickman of Carnesville.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 3 PM in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Brett Sanders officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Toccoa, Nursery Department, 475 E. Tugalo Street. Toccoa, Georgia 30577 in memory of Sandra Rickman Fulbright.
Interment was in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Sandra Rickman Fulbright.
