Sandra "Suri" Hanrahan

Sandra "Suri" Rudolph Hanrahan, 77, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2026. She was the beloved wife and best friend of the late Robert Hanrahan, with whom she shared 34 wonderful years of marriage. Suri was the adored daughter of the late Nonnie and Sol Rudolph; the much-loved sister of Lewis (Mindy) Rudolph and Mike (Miriam) Rudolph; and the dear sister-in-law of the late James (Susan) Hanrahan, the late Kitty Dawson, and the late Jerome Hanrahan Jr. She was a devoted aunt to Aliza (Ben) Scheier, Matthew (Sivan) Rudolph, Jake Rudolph, Adam (Joseph) Shemaria, Tzvi (Ronit) Rudolph, Nachman (Riqi) Rudolph, Chaya Nina Waldman, Tamar (Gavriel) Rosen, Elisha Rudolph, Kevin Dawson, Brian Dawson, Sean Hanrahan, and Carrie Hanrahan O'Brien, and a treasured great-aunt to many. A dedicated nurse for more than 34 years, Suri was deeply passionate about her profession and the people she cared for. Above all, she loved and adored her family. She will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched. Memorial donations in Suri's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org. Chapel service will be held Monday, February 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment will follow at Randhill Park Cemetery.
