On July 4th, 2023 at 11:36pm, I lost the Love of my Life my Dearest Sweetest Loving Sandra to Ovarian Cancer. I held her in my arms as she took her last breath and passed away at the hospital in El Paso, Texas. Sandra had battled Cancer for over 3 1/2 years with multiple hospital stays, emergency room visits and chemotherapy treatments. She suffered and endured a lot of pain over the years, and even recovered from a coma in March.

The day she came out of a recent stay in the hospital was March 28, 2023. The same day she was departing the hospital, her Father passed away from Pancreatic Cancer. She was hurt so deeply because she could not see her Father again or be with him before he passed away.

She was always more concerned and sensitive to the needs of others, than her own health. Sandra had an incredible Big and Loving Heart, and it was never about her. She always put the interest of others above her own. Now she has fought a good fight and suffers no more pain, because now she is with her Loving Heavenly Father, her Earthly Father Ignacio and her Sweet Sister Flavia.

She was my "Sunshine" that lit up my every day with joy and undying love. We had just recently moved into our newly built home, that was designed with all she wanted inside. She never really had any time to enjoy it, and add her own personal touch. But it was still a house full of love. I count the 40+ years that we have been together as a Blessing from GOD. I am sure that GOD has many rewards laid up in heaven for her, because of all that she did for others. Those who never knew her missed out on an Amazing, Loving, Caring and Giving person.

I recently read a posting that really speaks to my heart, about how I feel about the loss of my Dear Sweet Sandra. It states "Grief is LOVE with No Place to Go". My grief for my Loving Sandra goes deep within my soul to my most deepest core. My life will never be the same without her. But my life was made so much better, because she was a part of it. I will always cherish and honor the Love and Caring Legacy she left behind.

Per the request and respect for My Dearest Sandra, I would like to ask that anyone attending the 'Celebration of Life' service for Sandra Huff to wear BLUE. Her favorite shade of Blue was COBALT BLUE. Please do not wear BLACK.
