Sandra Lee Keppler passed away on October 11, 2023 at the age of 65. She was born November 24, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Merlin and Joan (Whitworth) Archibald.
She grew up in Tremonton, Utah and graduated from Bear River High School.
On October 7, 1974 Sandra married Ted Keppler in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan Temple on October 6, 2000. They resided in Plymouth, Utah.
Sandra was known for her love of reading and her passion for sports, particularly baseball. Additionally, she had a deep affection for animals and enjoyed raising rabbits, turkeys, and her beloved chickens - Goldie, Gray, Red & Ranger. Sandra loved Sci-Fi from Star Trek to Sharknado, the cheesier the better. Sandra had a heartwarming nature and treated everyone as her own family. Her door was always open to anyone seeking comfort or support, and she possessed an unparalleled skill in providing the most comforting hugs.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Sandra is survived by her daughters Misty Bennett (Brandon Nuzman) & Sadie (Dave Pettingill);15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; siblings Dwight (Cheryl) Archibald, Dale (Connie) Archibald, Kathy (Willie) Heyder, and John (Rachel) Archibald.
She is preceded in death by her parents Merlin & Joan Archibald, her loving husband Ted Keppler, her son Kalob Keppler, and her grandson Chance Keppler.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the ICU medical staff at McKay Dee hospital, the Plymouth EMTs, the Bear River Valley Hospital staff, and life flight for the exceptional care they provided Sandra.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Noon at the Plymouth LDS Chapel (16925 N 5200 W, Garland). A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 6-8 P.M. at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N 100 E, Tremonton). Interment in the Plymouth Cemetery. The services will be livestreamed and may be accessed below.
