Sandra Lucas

Sandra Rae Lucas passed away on August 6, 2025 at her home in Montgomery. She was 59 years old. Sandra was born on September 27, 1965 in Newburgh, NY. She is the daughter of Florence and Edward.

Sandra worked at Hudson Valley DDSO for many years and previously worked in the same environment at a different place of employment . She was also a member of the elk club which she enjoyed attending every month. She is survived by her son Cloyd Jr, brother Eddie Lucas, and partner Cloyd Sr.

Sandra was not only a loving mother who despite working two jobs would give all her attention to her son who she loved deeply, But also was a caring friend who would always check up on her coworkers, and would make sure her patients were fed well and treated correctly. She also always expressed how much she cared and worried for her son to her friends. Sandra's hobbies were playing in the dirt, she would be outside messing in her flower bed or riding around on the mower making sure her grass was pristine. She also loved farm life and fishing. Her second family was at YouYou in Middletown along with her coworkers
