Sandra Kay "Sandy" Mullins, age 64, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at her home. Sandy was born on August 14, 1960 to her parents the late William "Bill" Curry Jr., and Wanda Marcum Curry. She was the wife of Roger Dean Mullins, a homemaker and mother. She was a believer of the baptist faith and part owner with her husband of Mount Hope Security Company.
Along with her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by one daughter, Christy Mullins, and one great grandchild, Olivia Gauze.
Along with her husband, Sandy is survived by her step mother, Myrtle Curry, four daughters, Cadence Mullins, Bridget (Alan Hatfield) Abbott, Karissa (Kelly) Wooten, Misty Mullins, four sisters, Linda (Michael) Maynard, Debbie (Steve) Picklesimer, Trena (Sidy) Mounts, Christina (Tony) Pattison, eleven grandchildren, Eden, Bailey, Kali, Jonathan, Kristin, Jase, Michael, Cylie, Kelsie, Shelby, Emma, nine great grandchildren, Kaden, Parker, Ryann, Chelsea, Beckett, Caden, Torie, Landon, Paisley, honorary son, Jordan Tackett, her beloved cat, Flower, and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday and Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday at 1 P.M. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with David Bentley officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery at Shelbiana.
