Sandra Parker, 70, of Bucyrus passed away Monday February 23, 2026, at Ohio Health in Mansfield. Sandra was born July 25, 1955 in Texas City, Texas to Melvin and Ezell (Waller) Rice. She was married February 24, 1997 to Ronny “Ron” Parker who preceded her in death on July 27, 2025. She is also preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Russell; brothers, Jerry Grimes, Charles Rice, Sammy Rice; sisters, Carolyn Davidson and Cathy Bloomfield.
Sandra is survived by children, Reggie (Bobbie Jo) Russell, Scott (Kelby) Russell, Emily Jo Parker, and Ava Raine Parker; 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Sandra was very family oriented throughout her life, her kids and being a traditional homemaker were very important to her. Sandra had taken in many foster children through the years, and loved being a mom. One of her big passions in life was Nascar, the family would take trips to Kentucky and would go to Nascar races and events at different times through the years. She loved her family deeply, and will be missed by all that knew her.
