Sandra H. Phelps, 71, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on April 5, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Evelyn (Cosgrove) Henry and Jack Henry. She was the loving wife of Eddie Phelps having celebrated 47 years of marriage.
She was a member of Fairview Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is also survived by two sons, Brandon Phelps and his wife Casey and Andy Phelps and his wife Alison; one brother, Jackie Henry, Jr. and his wife Doris; one sister, Linda Booker; four grandchildren, Jordan Easler, Chance Phelps, Eli Phelps and Tate Phelps; three great-grandchildren, Ila Easler, Xander Easler and Ace Easler along with many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
In addition to her mother and father, she was also predeceased by one brother, Doug Henry and one sister, Bobbie Cosgrove.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Fairview Free Will Baptist Church, 2058 Chesnee Hwy., Spartanburg, South Carolina 29303.
