Sandra Rouse Obituary
She was born November 15, 1944, in Littleton, WV, a daughter of the late Arthur and Evelyn Emigh Seckman.
She was a home healthcare worker and enjoyed Jimmy Swaggart Ministries.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Seckman.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Elwood H. Rouse; two sons, Dennis (Julie) Rouse of Marietta, OH and Doug (Amy) Rouse of Hartselle, AL; two daughters, Edwina (Brian) Slonaker of Sardis, OH and Connie McQuaid of Antioch, OH; two brothers, Bernie (Dorothy) Seckman of Vandergrift, PA and Arthur (Jean) Seckman Jr. of N. Fort Myers, FL; 6 grandchildren, David King, Blaze Rouse, Riley (Caleb) Lokietek, Madison Slonaker, Jacob Slonaker and Liam Slonaker; and a great grandson, Hudson Rouse.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 11am until time of service at 1:00 pm at the Grisell Funeral Home 37234 Mound St. Sardis, OH, with nephew, Jason Ward officiating.
Interment will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery Sardis, OH.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Gas Cards Inc. 48793 Keylor Hill Rd. Woodsfield, OH 43793.
