Boonsboro, MD – Sandra Jean Rowe, 66, of Boonsboro, MD passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown, MD.
She was born on January 13, 1959 in Hagerstown, MD to Henry L. Mills of Hagerstown, MD and the late Shelby Jean (Hose) Mills.
Sandra was employed with Horizon Goodwill and Martins Food.
She attended at the Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ in Boonsboro, MD and previously was a member at Emmanuel Baptist Temple.
She was a member of the Tristate Farm Toy Collectors Club.
Sandra loved her puzzles and word searches. She also enjoyed NASCAR racing.
Besides her father, Sandra is survived by her husband, Sean E. Rowe of 29 years; her brothers; Henry Mills and his wife Gina of Fairplay, MD and H. Lynn Mills and his wife Stacey of Clear Spring, MD; her mother in law, Linda Thomas, Halfway, MD; father in law, Walter "Gene" Rowe of Boonsboro, MD; her aunt, Patsy Ingram of Fairplay, MD and five nephews.
Besides her mother, Sandra preceded in death by her grandmother, Thersa June Hose; her uncles, Robert (Bob) Hose, Gilbert T. (Tom) Hose and Pete Ingram.
Graveside services will be held at Boonsboro Cemetery, Cemetery Lane, Boonsboro, MD on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 11:00am with Rev. Don Stevenson officiating. The funeral home will be open for friends on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A., 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, MD.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Boonsboro Ambulance and Rescue, P.O. Box 7, Boonsboro, MD 21713.
