Sandra Scruggs Obituary
Sandra Jean Scruggs, 55 of Rutledge, passed away on May 13, 2024. She was the daughter of the late, John Scruggs and Cheryl Scruggs. She was born May 28, 1968 in Noblesville, IN. Ms. Scruggs enjoyed studying genealogy and loved her pet chickens.
Sandra Scruggs is survived by her mother, Cheryl Scruggs and siblings, Sheila Bourgeois, Stacy Long, Michael Scruggs and Darci Combs. Her god daughters are Miriam Hailey and Savannah Hailey. She also leaves nieces and nephews, Kody Ramey, Justin Jenkins, Jacob Jenkins, Kiley Ramey and Mikayla Ramey as well as great nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a memorial at her residence on the afternoon of May 26, 2024.
