Sandra Spragg Obituary
Sandra Helen Spragg (née Seney) lovingly nicknamed Satch by those who were close, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2023, leaving a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Born on November 14, 1935, in Parry Sound, Ontario. Sandra lived a life defined by love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family.
Sandra was the beloved wife of the late Fred Spragg, with whom she shared 53 years of marriage. Predeceased by her parents Cecil and Gurneth Seney, Sandra was a cherished sister to Joanne Proctor (Larry) and predeceased by brothers Peter and Willard. As a devoted aunt, Sandra found joy in the presence of her nieces and nephews. Sandra's family held a special place in her heart, and their unbreakable bond provided strength and solace throughout their lives.
Sandra's memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends. While her departure leaves a void, her legacy of love and humour will endure. In her reunion with her beloved husband, Fred, Sandra's spirit finds eternal peace.
A special thank you to the amazing caregivers on 2 East at Southlake Village who provided exceptional care throughout Sandra's time there.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Newmarket Food Pantry.
