Sandra "Sandy" Stapleton

DOVER, N.H, Sandra L(Sandy) (McManus) Stapleton 83 of Dover, N.H. With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother. Sandra L Stapleton who peacefully left us on December 10, at the age of 83 with her family at her side. She resided in Dover, NH and was born February 11,1942 in Lynn Massachusetts, to John and Mary (Miller) Mcmanus
Sandra was preceded by her husband Richard G Stapleton, her sister Patrica Benevenuto, and sons-in-law Brian Whalen & Ned Barrett.
Sandra leaves behind her six children; son Richard Garuti and wife Alici of Lynn, Mass, daughter Joanne Mitchell and husband Scott of Dover, NH, daughter Katherine Flynn and husband Thomas of Dover, NH, daughter Marysue Barrett of Lynn, Ma, son Daniel Garuri and wife Irene of Nashua, NH, and daughter Jennifer Whalen of Lynn, Mass.
Sandra also leaves behind her 4 brothers Michael & Linda McManus, of Peabody Mass. Timothy McManus of Peabody Mass, Phillip & Jean McManus of Peabody Mass, And Scott McManus.
Sandra also leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sandra was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother She dedicated her life to caring for her family and was the pillar of strength to all who knew her.
She loved going to the Casino. She devoted her time supporting those with addiction to alcohol. Her generosity and warm spirit touched lives of many.
She was a friend of Bill W.
Visitation will be at Tasker Funeral Home 621 Central Ave Dover on Monday, Dec. 29th between the hours of 9:30 TO 11:30 followed by Mass at St Josephs Church 150 Central Ave Dover NH at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the charity of your choice.
