Sandra Kay Stringfellow

Sandra Kay Stringfellow, 64, passed away on May 8, 2022 at her residence in Mathiston. Sandra was born on April 26, 1958, in Grenada, to Hazel Charles Stringfellow and the late Allen Stringfellow. Sandra worked at West Point Community Living Center for 15 years. She enjoyed crafting, quilting, and flower gardening. She loved reading, dancing, and animals. She was well loved by everyone that knew her and she had a infectious sense of humor. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. from Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jerry Davis officiating. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include her two daughters, Heather Brown (Robbie) of Maben and Holly Huffman (Troy) of Columbus: four grandchildren; Kayla Varner (Michael), Cameron Harris, and Jackson and Sam Brown: two great-grandchildren; Knox and Lynnox Varner: mother, Hazel Stringfellow of West Point, and four sisters, Debra Dewberry (Garry) of Maben, Amy Williams (Ira) of Cedar Bluff, Michelle Philley (Mark) of Erath, Louisiana, and Vivian Pierce of Henderson, Tennessee.
