She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. Swearingen and Neta Swearingen Hamilton, grandson, Anthony "Bubba" Hall and step-son, Robert Allen Wintrow, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory along with her husband Bob are her children: Tina Holley (Joey), Bill Holley (November), Pam Morey ( Jerry), Jeff Holley (Shannon), Shari Smith, Lisa Herring, and Walter Wintrow; her brothers and sister, John Swearingen (Rosalie), Jerry Swearingen (Helen), Rita Walden (Jerry), and David Swearingen; grandchildren, Krista Jimenez, Korey Holley, Janna Ennis, Shade Fulmer, Kailee Holley, Victoria Fields, Elizabeth Mahuron, Jessica Malpass, Matthew Malpass, Alexander Morey, Amy Morey, Jeremy Morey, Adam Morey, Christian Holley, and Jeffery Mullis; twenty-five great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Sandra was born in Augusta, GA. She was a dedicated member of Philippi Baptist Church, Johnston, SC. She ran a day care for many years, worked for Sky City, Walmart- where she helped set up new stores, and Beloit Manhattan,. After retirement, she became an avid Ancestry.com expert completing over 100 family trees. She was a talented ceramic artist and loved a good game of Canasta and Phase Ten. Fripp Island, South Carolina was her "heaven on earth." Sandra loved caring for her yard and enjoying the beauty of all of the hummingbirds that flocked to her many, always flowing, feeders. She especially loved her time spent with her family.
