Sandy Saccomano Spradley, age 68 of Lake City, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025. A lifelong Columbia County resident, she is the daughter of the late Eugene and Daisy Franks Saccomano. Mrs. Spradley worked as a teacher’s assistant in the Fort White School System for a number of years and was also a store clerk employed by S & S Foods for a period of time. She was a member of the Ichetucknee River Baptist Church and enjoyed shopping and going to the beach. She is survived by her husband of forty-five years: Ralph Spradley Sr.; son: Ralph Spradley Jr. of Lake City; daughter: Kelli Nicole Spradley and stepdaughter: Stephanie (Jason) Thomas, all of Lake City; grandsons: Jaiden Brett Potter, Landen Nicholas Potter, and Zachary Reese Williams; and a host of other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister: Patricia O’Neal. The Spradley family will host a celebration of Sandy’s life on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Deep Creek Community Center, 11934 North US Hwy 441, Lake City, Florida, from 4-6:00pm. Guerry Forbes Funeral Home of Lake City, 2659 SW Main Blvd., Lake City is honored to serve the Spradley family.
