Sara Levie Obituary
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00-1:00 PM on Monday before services begin.
Mrs. Levie passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at her residence.
Survivors include her children, Bill Maddox (Kelley) of Fayetteville, GA and Dawn Chandler (David) of Roanoke, AL; five grandchildren, Jonathan Chandler (Abby), Gwendolyn Maddox, Nicholas Chandler, Luke Maddox, and Meghan Chandler; and one great-grandchild, Palmer Chandler.
Pallbearers will be Jose' Aponte, Shawn Collier, Jeffery Gaither, Jimmy Henderson, Joe Murphy, and Michael Schmidt.
A Georgia native, Mrs. Levie was born on December 31, 1946, the daughter of William Thomas Morris and Nellie Ruth Floyd Morris. She was a member of Bethany Lime Congregational Christian Church and worked as a secretary for Georgia Power before retiring. Mrs. Levie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sam Levie; and one brother, Ronald Morris.
