HELLO
MY FIRST MEMORY OF SARAH WAS WHEN WE MET IN THE 6TH. GRADE AT CAMDEN MIDDLE STREET, NWK. NJ. WE SUNG TOGETHER IN THE 1973 SCHOOL'S CHRISTMAS CONCERT.
AFTER EVERY CHOIR REHEARSAL, WHILE RETURNING BACK TO CLASS WE WOULD SING THROUGH THE HALLWAYS, "I GOING TO RIDE THE CHARIOT IN THE MORNING LORD. I GETTING READY FOR JUDGEMENT DAY, MY LORD, MY LORD.
THEN WE WOULD DO A CALL AND RESPOND 'ARE YOU READY MY SISTER, ONE OF US WOULD SAY "OH YEA" DO WANT MAKE THE JOURNEY?"OH YES" DO YOU WANT TO MEET MY JESUS? " OH YES!
TOGETHER WE WOULD SING... I AM READY FOR THE JOURNEY, I AM READY TO GO!!!!!

Sarah Ann Hampton, my childhood friend, she is truly missed. Even though there was no Facebook, Instagram, or Internet, Sarah and I always seem stay in touch with one another. She was a friend in deed. I miss you and I hope you held on to your faith in God
