Sarah (Sally) Murphy passed from this world on December 27, 2025 after living a life of compassion, strength, grace and love. She was born during the Roaring 20's in Massachusetts as one of eleven siblings. She graduated from St. Bernard's High School. She loved singing and was active in her church.
Sarah was married to Bob Soldini until his death. She moved to New Mexico and then Colorado, where she met and married John Murphy. After John's death, she moved to New Mexico to join her daughter. Wherever she lived, she served as the hub of her family, strengthening family ties that have endured to this day.
Sarah was a professional bookkeeper. She lovingly mentored her daughter and grandchildren on financial literacy and responsibility, passing along treasured life skills that have served them well.
Sarah is survived by her daughter, and one sister. She was loved by many and will be missed greatly by all family and friends.
A service celebrating Sarah's life will be held at St Chad's Episcopal Church.
