Sarah Novosatty, 90, of Valdosta, died on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at her residence. Born in Tom Bean, TX to the late Owen & Thelma Smith, she has lived in this area for several years. Sarah was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Joe Novosatty; a daughter Karla Jo Novosatty; and siblings, Wayne Smith, Cilla Kate McDonald, & Patricia Ann Smith and five grandchildren, Jordan Russell Renkert, Mitchel William Renkert, Colin James Renkert, Joseph Novosatty, Jenna Bowling and one great grandchild, Joanna Rose Novosatty. She is preceded in death by three sons, Joseph Kyle Novosatty, John Kory Novosatty and James Kirk Novosatty. Sarah was known for her love of family, music and nature. She was truly loved by her many close and special family and friends.
